Legal notice, privacy and local storage

Airlinia is a free browser game. There are no accounts and no sign-up, and the game is saved in your own browser, not on our servers. This page tells you who is behind the game, what is measured and what is stored on your device.

Airlinia is a browser game offered free of charge. Nothing is sold, there are no user accounts and no payment is ever taken.

Tusser Systems, S.L. owns the Airlinia name, its code, its texts and its artwork. Airport data comes from OurAirports (public domain) and the map from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence, styled by OpenFreeMap. The full credits are inside the game, under “About”.

Privacy

Tusser Systems, S.L. is responsible for your data, at the address given above. To raise any matter related to this page, write to contacto@tusser.net.

Playing Airlinia does not require you to provide any personal information: no name, no e-mail, no account. Your airline, your fleet and your money stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

Audience measurement

Visits are measured with our own tool, hosted on our own servers: no external analytics service is involved. What is recorded is the page opened, where the visit came from, the approximate country and the kind of device and browser. No cookies and no permanent identifiers are used: your IP address serves to work out the country and to tell one visit from another within the same day, and it is not kept alongside that activity.

A few moments of the game are recorded in the same anonymous way: starting a game, flying a first flight, coming back after several days away, opening the game on a screen too small to play on, and the presence of an ad blocker.

This measurement relies on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the game is used and whether players come back, always as a whole and never individually. None of it builds a profile of you or makes decisions about you.

The map

Map tiles are served by OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org). When the map loads, your browser connects to that service directly, which therefore receives your IP address and the tiles requested, as happens with any request to any website. We pass on no data about you.

If you write to us

If you write to contacto@tusser.net, your address and the contents of your message are handled solely to reply to you, and are kept for as long as the matter remains open.

None of this data is sold, transferred or shared with third parties, nor used to build advertising profiles.

You may request access to your data, as well as its correction or erasure, by writing to contacto@tusser.net. Bear in mind that audience measurement keeps no identifier able to recognise you, so within those figures there is no way to tell which ones are yours.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Advertising

Airlinia currently shows no third-party advertising. Should an advertising network ever be added, this page will be updated first and your prior consent will be requested before anything is placed on your device.

Cookies and local storage

Airlinia uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. What it does store stays on your own device, and this is all of it:

NameWhat it holdsHow long
langCookie holding the language you are reading the game in.1 year
airlinia.saveairlinia.save.bak-autoairlinia.save.sealedYour saved game and the automatic backup the game keeps of it.Until you delete it
airlinia.map-prefsHow you left the map: the base style and the airports you filtered in.Until you delete it
airlinia.ads-noticeThat you have already read the notice about ad blockers, so it is not shown again.Until you delete it

All of it is needed to give you what you came for: to play, and to find your airline where you left it. That is why you will see no cookie banner here asking for permission, and none of the above follows you to other websites.

You can delete it whenever you like from “Delete game”, in the game settings, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. If you want to keep the game, export it first.

Terms of use

Airlinia is offered free of charge and as it stands. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, nor that a game in progress will survive every update, a change of browser or the clearing of your device's data.

Your saved game is yours and lives only on your machine: we keep no copy, so we cannot restore it for you either. The export file available in the settings is the only backup that exists.

The game is free to use. Trying to disrupt the service, overload it or pass it off as your own is not.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
