Tusser Systems, S.L., as owner of this website (hereinafter, the OWNER), makes this document available to users in order to comply with the information duties laid down by the applicable legislation and to set out the terms on which the website is offered.

The sole purpose of this website is to make the game Airlinia available to the public. No product or service is sold, there are no user accounts, no payment is taken and no means of payment is requested.

Tusser Systems, S.L. owns the intellectual and industrial property rights in the Airlinia name, its code, its texts and its artwork, and their reproduction, distribution or adaptation without express authorisation is prohibited. Airport data comes from OurAirports (public domain) and the map data from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence, styled by OpenFreeMap. The full credits appear within the game, under “About”.

Privacy

Data controller: Tusser Systems, S.L., at the address given in the preceding section. Any matter concerning this document may be addressed to contacto@tusser.net.

Use of the game requires no personal data whatsoever: no name, no e-mail address and no account are requested. The player's airline, fleet and balance are saved in their own browser and are not transmitted to the OWNER's servers.

Audience measurement

Visits to the website are measured by means of a tool of the OWNER's own, hosted on the OWNER's servers, with no external analytics service involved. The page visited, the source of the visit, the approximate country and the type of device and browser are recorded. No cookies or permanent identifiers are used: the IP address serves solely to determine the country and to distinguish visits within the same day, and is not stored alongside those records.

Certain milestones of the game are likewise recorded anonymously: the start of a game, the first take-off, the first flight completed, a return after several days without playing, access from a screen too small to play on, and the presence of an ad blocker. These records are not linked to any identified or identifiable person.

This processing relies on the OWNER's legitimate interest in ascertaining how the game is used and how often players return, always in aggregate form and never individually. No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are taken. The resulting information is kept in aggregate form for as long as the website remains in operation.

Map service

The map tiles used by the game are served by OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org). When the map loads, the user's browser connects directly to that service, which therefore receives their IP address and the tiles requested, as occurs with any request to any external website. The OWNER discloses no user data to it and takes no part in any processing that service may carry out.

Correspondence by e-mail

Messages sent to contacto@tusser.net are processed for the sole purpose of dealing with the request made, on the basis of the legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to the OWNER, and are retained for as long as the matter remains open. The e-mail service is provided by a supplier established in Spain, acting as a processor, which does not use the messages for any purpose of its own.

This data is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, save where required by law, nor is it used to build advertising profiles.

The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to contacto@tusser.net. It should be noted that audience measurement retains no identifier capable of recognising an individual, so within that information it is not possible to establish which records relate to which user.

The user may likewise lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), as the competent supervisory authority.

Advertising

The website currently displays no third-party advertising. Should an advertising network be introduced, this document will be updated beforehand and the user's consent will be obtained before any information is stored on or read from their device for that purpose.

Minors

The game collects no data capable of identifying an individual, so its use is not subject to any minimum age and no age verification is required. Nor is it specifically directed at children: its content consists of running an airline and is suitable for any age.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising, analytics or third-party cookies. The information that is stored remains on the user's device and is set out below:

All of this information is strictly necessary in order to provide the service expressly requested by the user — to play, and to recover the saved game on subsequent visits — and therefore no prior consent is required and no cookie notice is displayed. None of these items allows the user to be tracked on other websites, and none is disclosed to third parties.

The user may delete this information at any time by means of the “Delete game” option in the game settings, or by clearing the site's data from their browser. Exporting the game beforehand is advisable if the user wishes to keep it, as the deletion cannot be undone.

Terms of use

Access to this website confers the status of user and entails acceptance of these terms, together with an undertaking to use the website in accordance with the law and in good faith.

The game is offered free of charge and in the condition in which it stands at any given time. The OWNER does not warrant that the website will be permanently available, nor that a game in progress will survive updates to the game, changes to the user's browser or the deletion of the device's data.

The saved game belongs to the user and resides solely on their own equipment. The OWNER keeps no copy of it and is accordingly unable to recover or restore it. The export file available in the game settings constitutes the only backup that can exist.

Any unlawful use of the website is prohibited, as is any conduct intended to disrupt, damage or overload the service, the presentation of the game as one's own and its exploitation without the OWNER's authorisation.

Tusser Systems, S.L. reserves the right to change the information published on the website, including these terms, at any time and without prior notice, publication on the website itself being deemed sufficient.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.
